Sauna session in Hellerup

Hellerup has one sauna venue: Wellcome, a fitness and spa club on Philip Heymans Allé. The gym floor, the spa and the sauna sessions belong to the same membership, so it is a place you visit after training rather than a stand-alone sauna club. The spa area has a classic Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a quiet space for winding down after training or a long day. The sauna sessions are guided, with aromas, music and breathing techniques, led by trained sauna hosts. The house also offers massage along with facial and foot treatments.
