Sauna session with sea dip

A sea dip is the ultimate way to cool down between rounds: out of the sauna, down the steps and into the sea, the fjord or the harbour. Nine venues sit close enough to the water to make it possible — Inipi Amagerstrand and HOT N' COLD in Nordhavn, Wellness-Saunagus by Charlottenlund beach, DAMAI in Dragør, Butchers Heat on the harbour, Sidste Sauna, Træk vejret in Greve and Kirsebærkroen by the fjord. The water is coldest from November to April, and that is when the contrast is greatest. Bring swimwear you can actually swim in, and a towel for the walk back.
