Sauna session – 4+ rounds

Most sauna gus sessions are three rounds over about 75 minutes. Here you find the ones that go further: at least four rounds, and often many more. A longer format changes the experience - the first rounds become a warm-up, and only later does the body really let go. Nordens Saunagus in Gilleleje runs four rounds as standard, Saunagus Jyllinge and SOMA Sauna Gus sit at the long end, and Poppelly Wellness has a chakra session of eight rounds. Pure marathon sessions of ten rounds and more appear from time to time. Drink plenty of water, and skip a round if your body says so.
