Sauna session with ice bath / cold plunge

Ice baths and cold tubs are the cold - and for some slightly daunting - part of sauna gus. After each round in the heat you go straight into the water - a tub at a few degrees, a cold shower or the sea - and feel your pulse drop and your skin flare with warmth again. That contrast is what many come for: heat alone brings calm, but the switch between hot and cold gives the long, empty feeling afterwards. At Innercise the ice bath is written into the name of the session, Thimms in Aalborg runs gus and cold tub as one flow, and Analog Sauna in Nordhavn does the same. The cold is always voluntary - you decide how long you stay.
