Calm sauna session

Calm sessions are for those who come to land rather than be pushed. The heat stays moderate, the rounds are long and the music soft, and the gus master spreads the scent in large, slow movements instead of whipping up the heat. Many venues run a calm session alongside their hard one: Sauna House calls it Relax, Sauna Yard Calm Gus, Heat Harmony Relaxed Gus, and Rört runs CALM opposite its VIBRANT. In the municipal pools it is often called meditative gus, as at Saunagus Odense and DGI Huset Vordingborg. It is also the kind of session to start with if it is your first time.
