Bear Heat

Bear Heat offers guided saunagus in small groups on Amager, where heat, scents and music create a special experience. The place works with movement, strength and energy in balance with calm and focus.

Sauna gus at Bear Heat takes place in the sauna on Amager Landevej, where the groups are small with 18 places and a gus lasts 90 minutes with heat, essential oils and music. The core format is Bear gus, the full experience, and alongside it runs Bear Viking – a rawer, more physical gus with a Nordic mood, darker soundscapes and a heavier build of the heat. We also hold regular men's and women's sessions, where the sauna area is closed off, and textile-free gus for those who want the heat without swimwear. You always sit on a towel in the sauna, and there are snacks and free parking at the door.
