DGI Huset Herning is a water culture house where your entry ticket gives free access to the daily saunagus. A sauna master pours scented oils onto the hot stones and spreads the aroma with a waving towel, and on weekends the venue hosts special sauna themes.

Sauna gus at DGI Huset Herning takes place in the wellness area of the water culture house, where the gus master pours scented oils onto the hot stones and spreads the aroma with a swinging towel. The gus is the short, classic kind and is held daily – with entry to the house you can simply join in. At weekends we put special sauna themes on the programme, and on a few sessions children are welcome. Afterwards you can continue into the pools of the water culture house. Bring swimwear and a towel.
