Sauna session in Dragør

Dragør has two sauna venues close to the water south of Copenhagen, and they're very different in style: one set in nature with outdoor copper showers, the other a raft off Dragør Fort.

Heat It offers sauna sessions in natural surroundings, in a wooden sauna flanked by outdoor copper showers. They run, among others, a classic sauna session with essential oils and a calm Senior session.

DAMAI is a sauna and breathwork studio on the water by Dragør Fort, with the sauna on a raft by Prins Knuds Dæmning. A session is a guided sensory experience with essential oils, typically lasting around 75 minutes including breaks, with the chance to swim in the sea between rounds. There are changing rooms, and water and snacks are always available.
