Form og Fritid Nørre Nebel

Form & Fritid Nørre Nebel is a modern centre with a swimming pool, fitness and tennis. It has two saunas where wellness saunagus is held several times a week.

Sauna gus at Form & Fritid in Nørre Nebel takes place in the centre's saunas by the swimming hall, where the gus master pours water with essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the steam with a towel. The gus comes in two lengths – half an hour or a full one – so you can take the short one as part of a swim or the long one, with time for more rounds and breaks. Now and then we hold a children's gus with lower heat and shorter rounds. Snacks are served in the breaks. Bring swimwear and a towel to sit on.
