Gusio

Gusio in Køge is a sauna club that wants to make the sauna experience more accessible, modern and meaningful. Their saunagus combines warmth, essential oils and calm movements with a cold plunge, community and energy.

Sauna gus at Gusio in Køge takes place in the sauna on Stormøllevej, seating 30 guests with cold plunges between the rounds. A gus lasts 75 minutes, and the programme is built around fixed formats you choose by mood: Flow with calm, flowing rounds, Deep working with presence and depth, Energy with more pace, and High Heat for those who want the temperature all the way up. Now and then come themed sessions such as techno gus, herbal gus and Sjælens Rejse, and a couple of times a year a long gus journey with many rounds in a row. There are snacks in the breaks and free parking at the door.
