Sauna session in Hedensted

Hedensted has one sauna venue, a small and family-friendly swimming pool.

Hedensted Centret holds its sessions in the hall's large shared sauna, where the sauna host works with essential oils and a towel. Besides the sauna the centre has an infrared cabin, a steam room and a 38-degree lounge pool, so there are places to land both before and after the rounds. The format is the classic pool-hall session: no membership, no prerequisites, just a meeting time and a towel. That makes it an easy first session if you have never tried one before.
