Innercise Vanløse

Innercise is a health centre focused on breathwork, saunagus and ice baths. At the Vanløse location, training, courses and saunagus take place on a rooftop terrace.

In Vanløse the sauna sits on the roof terrace above Jernbane Allé, seating 18 guests with an ice bath both before and between rounds. A gus lasts 75 minutes, and the gus master works with pure essential oils in the heat while you decide how sharp the contrast between hot and cold should be. You can add breathwork and cold training before the gus itself, and we also run breathing classes and yin yoga in the same building. Arrive in good time so you can change and settle before we begin.
