Just Sauna København

Just Sauna sits under Bispeengbuen in Urban13 and combines a classic Finnish sauna with cold plunges, breathing and trained sauna masters. Guided saunagus is offered in Relax, Power and Herbal versions, with a cold tub and outdoor showers outside.

Sauna gus at Just Sauna in Copenhagen takes place in the Finnish sauna at Urban13 under the Bispeengbuen flyover, with a cold plunge and outdoor showers right outside the door. A session lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of gus and cold plunges in between, and an electrolyte drink is included. The programme has three fixed formats: RELAX with soft scents and calm music, POWER with more heat, and HERBAL with herbs, whisks and smudging. Once a month we hold JUST FULL MOON, a full-moon ceremony with four sauna rituals. Arrive fifteen minutes early – we start on time – and bring a large towel to sit on; you can rent one on site.
