Sauna session in Jyllinge

Jyllinge has one sauna venue, and it is a quiet refuge with ice baths right outside the door.

Saunagus Jyllinge has a large sauna on Møllehaven with a cosy terrace and cold ice baths outside, where you can take a break from everyday life and find calm in body and mind. The regular session is called MAGISK Saunagus and consists of four rounds across a couple of hours with cold tubs, electrolytes and snacks along the way. Now and then the venue holds guest evenings, where Mickey invites another sauna host in: five rounds, where the guest shapes two of them and Mickey takes the rest - some evenings as a herbal session with herbs and smudging. The hosts each have their own style, from the meditative to the more upbeat. There are 20 places in the sauna, so book in advance.
