Saunagus Jyllinge

Saunagus Jyllinge is a quiet refuge with a large sauna, a cosy terrace and cold ice baths, where you can take a break from everyday life and find calm in body and mind. Experienced gus masters guide you through an adventurous experience that delights the senses and leaves you refreshed and relaxed.

Sauna gus at Saunagus Jyllinge takes place in the large sauna on Møllehaven, with the terrace and the cold ice baths right outside. The regular session is called MAGISK Saunagus and consists of four rounds across a couple of hours with cold tubs, electrolytes and snacks along the way. Now and then we hold guest gus evenings, where Mickey invites another gus master in: five rounds, where the guest shapes two of them and Mickey takes the rest – some evenings as a herbal gus with herbs and smudging. The gus masters each have their own style, from the meditative to the more upbeat. There are 20 places in the sauna, so book in advance.
