Sauna session in Kokkedal

Kokkedal has one sauna venue, and what sets it apart is the fixed special formats alongside the regular session.

Heat Studio is a wellness space with a sauna seating 24 guests, and outside stand the cold plunge and both hot and cold showers. A session lasts 75 minutes with three rounds, where the sauna host works with heat, music and essential oils. Alongside the regular session run a women's session with four rounds, a breathing ritual and a homemade scrub, a men's session of an hour and a half with room for both laughter and reflection, and a children's session with lower heat, milder scents and shorter rounds, where the child is accompanied by an adult. There are snacks in the breaks and free parking at the door.
