Sauna session in Fredensborg municipality

The municipality of Fredensborg has sauna venues in two towns: Kokkedal and Humlebæk. In Kokkedal, Heat Studio runs a wellness universe with sauna, cold tub and outdoor hot and cold showers, where a session lasts about 75 minutes across three rounds with heat, music and essential oils - the programme covers the regular house sessions, women-only and men-only groups, occasional children's sessions, and evenings combining gus with food and wine. In Humlebæk, Simon's SaunaGus sits at Simon's Padel & Golf Club, a sauna for 12 guests with cold showers and a calm lounge area outside.
