Sauna session in Vejen municipality

In Vejen Municipality you will find sauna sessions in Vejen and in Rødding, and both venues sit inside a large municipal sports and swimming centre.

In the town of Vejen, Vejen Idrætscenter houses SportsCenter Danmark, where the sessions take place in the saunas of both the swimming hall and the spa area. They are themed and range from relaxing aromas to energising oils, come in half-hour or full-hour lengths, and a broad team of sauna hosts take turns running them. In Rødding, south of Vejen, lies Rødding Centret, which combines a swimming pool, water park and spa area with bowling, fitness, a cinema, an indoor playground and Café Goma - here the session belongs to the building's quiet evening, when the diving boards, slide and climbing wall are closed, the lights dimmed, and at least once a month there is TripleGus with three rounds of 12-15 minutes. Two municipal buildings with their own rhythm: the everyday session in Vejen and the slow evening in Rødding. The town pages for Vejen and Rødding have the details.
