La Sauna Aarhus

Saunagus in Aarhus for up to 30 guests at a time, with no membership required. You book 75-minute sessions with three gus rounds, where gus masters combine steam heat, aromatherapy and music – complemented by cold-water showers.

La Sauna is based at Godsbanen and seats 30 guests at a time, with cold showers right outside the sauna. A gus lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of 10-15 minutes and a cool-down in between, and the gus master blends pure essential oils into the water, picks the music and spreads the steam with a fan. No membership is needed – you book the individual session. Once a month we hold Monthly Recalibration with gus, dinner and community. Bring a water bottle, two towels, swimwear and sandals.
