LUMÉ Heat

LUMÉ Heat is on Valhøjs Allé in Rødovre and describes itself as a premium sauna and cold water studio, where Nordic sauna culture meets modern contrast therapy. The programme is built around named ceremonies rather than one fixed session: CIRCADIAN RESET is a slow evening ritual at more moderate heat, UPREGULATE is an intense contrast session for energy and focus, and CEREMONIAL is a deep, ceremonial session with room to let go. The house's sauna hosts read the room, so the final theme can vary from one time to the next.
