Sauna session in Lystrup

Sauna sessions in Lystrup take place at Momentet Lystrup Svømme og Aktivitetscenter north of Aarhus, run by Lystrup IF Svømning. Besides the municipal 25-metre pool, the centre has a warm-water pool, a sensory pool, a spa bath and two saunas each with its own character: a wellness sauna with salt-stone walls and coloured LED light, and a wilderness sauna with timber beams in the ceiling and a door to a wooden terrace with an outdoor shower. Sessions are held as separate gus evenings on selected Thursdays.
