Nordens Saunagus

Nordens Saunagus is a small sauna-gus club in Gilleleje in North Zealand, where gus masters Thomas and Bettinna guide small groups through four rounds of saunagus with essential oils, music and presence. There is no public access or fixed opening hours – only pre-booked, guided sessions in a calm and safe setting. Between rounds you can take a refreshing cold dip, but it is always optional and you set your own pace.

Sauna gus at Nordens Saunagus takes place in Gilleleje in small groups of up to eight guests, with no public access and no fixed opening hours – only pre-booked, guided sessions. A gus consists of four rounds with essential oils, music and presence, and between the rounds you can take a cold dip, though it is always optional. We run two fixed versions: the Tuesday gus at a calm pace and the Thursday gus, where the heat is turned up a little for those who know the rhythm. A couple of times a year we hold a marathon gus of twelve rounds with food all day – not recommended if you are entirely new to heat and cold.
