Sauna session in Ølstykke

Sauna sessions in Ølstykke take place at Ølstykke Svømmehal, Egedal municipality's swimming pool on Stadionvej, in the traditional sauna in the changing rooms. The sauna host mixes essential oils into water, pours it over the hot stones and fans the steam around the room, and a session consists of two rounds of 8-12 minutes with a ten-minute break in between. The venue calls it wellness for body and soul - deeper relaxation, better blood circulation and a proper cleanse. If you want to extend the heat afterwards, the pool also has an infrared sauna and a steam bath with aromatherapy, plus a 25-metre pool with diving boards and an angled pool for play and water familiarisation. Remember to drink plenty of water both before and after, and bring an extra towel to sit on.
