Sauna session in Otterup

Otterup has one sauna venue, and the sauna stands outdoors with a glass front facing the garden.

FyzFit Spa & Wellness is based at Gudskov swimming pool on Grusgyden on northern Funen. A session consists of three rounds, where the sauna host mixes essential oils into the water and pours it over the hot stones so the scents spread through the sauna. Between the rounds there is a break of about ten minutes, where you can step onto the wooden deck for a cold outdoor shower or jump into the pool. The site also has a swimming pool, changing facilities and a cafeteria, and the sauna, pool and yoga hall can all be hired for events. Shower thoroughly before entering the sauna, and bring a water bottle, a robe or a large bath towel, and pool shoes. The sessions are for adults - the age limit is 18.
