Plugin Heat Club AMAGER

Plugin Heat Club is a blend of saunagus, cold plunge and community. Each 75-minute session moves through three rounds of guided saunagus with breathwork, essential oils and music, with cold plunge breaks in between. The Amager location has changing rooms, lockers, outdoor cold showers and lounge areas.

Sauna gus at Plugin Heat Club on Amager takes place in the Colosseum sauna seating 45 guests, with cold plunges, cold showers, changing rooms with lockers and lounge areas outside to land in between rounds. A session lasts 75 minutes and moves through three rounds with breathwork, essential oils and music. You choose between three fixed formats: DEEP with calm, deep breathing and organic music, PEAK where the heat and the music push your limits, and CLUB, the sober sauna party with a DJ. We guide in English, but several sessions a week run in Danish – it says so in the class title.
