Poppelly Wellness

Poppelly Wellness offers saunagus in Havdrup in a sauna with a real wood-burning stove that creates an authentic, cosy atmosphere. Each session is tailored with selected essential oils – for either an energy boost or pure relaxation.

Sauna gus at Poppelly in Havdrup takes place in a sauna with a real wood-burning stove, seating 20 guests, with an ice bath and cold showers waiting outside. The regular gus lasts an hour and a half, and the oils are chosen for whether the rounds should energise or purely relax. Alongside it runs a broad programme of themed sessions: Det Femte Element through earth, air, fire and water, a chakra gus over eight rounds, a viking gus with drums and breathwork, and electronic evenings with sound and bass. We also hold a children's gus for ages 6-15 with lower heat and shorter rounds. There are snacks and free parking.
