Sauna session in Randers

Randers has one sauna venue, and it is the place where you do not need to book: the session comes with the wellness ticket.

Water & Wellness Randers is a large swimming and wellness centre on Viborgvej north of town, where the wellness section sits on its own with four saunas and a textile steam bath. You can choose between the Relax sauna at around 60 degrees, the All Sense sauna at 55-60 degrees with coloured light and changing scents, the traditional session sauna in the sauna garden at around 80 degrees and the Nordic mood sauna at around 70 degrees - the steam bath holds about 45 degrees. The sauna hosts run drop-in sessions and move between the saunas, so you can experience both the large sauna in the garden and the milder ones indoors, and every session has gentle music and three different scents, so no two are quite alike. After the heat you can plunge into the indoor cold tub or the unheated outdoor pool that follows the season, and settle afterwards in the warm-water pool or the lounge café. The ticket gives access all day, including the water park, and the wellness section is for guests aged 18 and over. Bring a towel to sit on.
