Sauna session in Ribe

Ribe has one sauna venue, and the sessions are built as single rounds you can take one or several of.

Ribe Svømmebad is located on Seminarievej and is run by Ribe Fritidscenter. The sessions take place in the classic dry sauna of the wellness area, where the sauna host works with changing scents and music that set the mood. One session is a single round of 12-15 minutes, so you can take one or several in a row and cool off in the cold-water pool or relax in the 38-degree spa pool in between - there is also a warm-water pool at 33.5 degrees. The sauna is closed and cleared ten minutes before a session starts, so book your place in advance or you risk arriving to a full sauna. Alongside the regular sessions the venue holds events with several rounds that go deeper. The whole wellness area is a phone-free zone, there is a cafeteria in the building, and you should bring a large towel.
