Sauna session in Rødding

Rødding has one sauna venue, and the session belongs to the building's quiet evening, when the rest of the water park is shut down.

Rødding Centret on Søndergyden combines a swimming pool, water park and spa area with bowling, fitness, a cinema, an indoor playground and Café Goma, and the pool hall has a 25-metre pool with a climbing wall and diving boards, a children's pool and a leisure pool with a big slide, plus sauna, steam bath and hot tub. On the quiet evening the diving boards, slide and climbing wall are closed, the lights dimmed and quiet music plays in the background. At least once a month there is TripleGus - three rounds of 12-15 minutes with scent, steam and towel work, and breaks in between where you can lounge, take a dip or simply enjoy the calm. Iced water is served along the way. Access is bought on top of the ordinary ticket, and you pick up a wristband at Café Goma or the information desk so the sauna host can see who is taking part. Taking part is at your own risk and is not advised for pregnant guests or people with cardiovascular disease.
