Sauna session in Rønne

Rønne has one sauna venue, running gender-separated sessions through the winter half of the year.

Rønne Svømmehal on Højvangen holds sessions through the winter, split into men's and women's groups, since the saunas sit in separate changing rooms. The sauna host pours pure essential oils on the hot stones and spreads scent and heat with a towel, and the hall has six different sessions on the programme, so the effect ranges from calm and relaxation to circulation and fresh energy. A session lasts an hour, and you can swim both before and after. Sessions are for adults over 18, and a spot is booked in advance - you can also hire the sauna and get one of the venue's sauna hosts for a private session.
