Roskilde Badet

Roskilde Badet holds saunagus in the wellness area's shared sauna with tiered seating. A gus master pours water and essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the heat and scents with a towel, so participants feel and smell the blends while blood flow increases and the body relaxes. Saunagus runs several times a week, including special evenings for women only and for men only with salt peeling, and you cool down under cold showers. Saunagus is for participants aged 16 and over.

Sauna gus at Roskilde Badet takes place in the wellness area's shared sauna with tiered benches, where the gus master pours water and essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the heat and scents with a towel. A gus lasts half an hour, and sessions run several times a week – morning, afternoon and evening. Alongside the regular sessions we hold a women-only gus and a men-only gus with a salt scrub. Between the rounds you cool down under the cold showers. The gus is for participants aged 16 and over, and there is free parking at the baths.
