Sauna Club Sydhavn

Sauna Club Sydhavn is a sauna club in Sydhavnen with gus, community and maritime surroundings by the water. The club has changing rooms, toilets and showers where you can slow down in calm surroundings.

Sauna gus at Sauna Club Sydhavn takes place in the club's saunas by the water in Sydhavnen, where there are 18 places and changing rooms and showers are part of it. A gus lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of about 12 minutes and breaks for cooling down and fresh air. Each session has its own direction: Guidet reset, where the gus master guides intuitively by the mood in the room, Meditation reset with breathing and body scanning, Calm reset, moving from soft heat through menthol to a quiet final round, and Heat of Love with sensuous scents and music. Bring swimwear, two towels, a padlock and a water bottle.
