Gus – full moon

Full moon gus follows the moon rather than the weekly schedule, so there are only ever a few at a time. The format is usually more ceremonial than an ordinary session: dimmed light, longer rounds and a shape meant to mark something coming to an end. Villa Vindblad near Give holds a full moon ceremony with moon cards, incense and tea, and HotSpot Sauna in Aarhus runs FULL MOON as a version of its FLOW. Sauna House Nordhavn, Heat It in Dragør and Just Sauna København also hold full moon sessions. Book early - the groups are small and come only once a month.
