Sauna House

Sauna House is a sauna club in Nordhavn with three saunas, each with its own character: a quiet sauna with round seats inspired by water lily leaves, a conversation sauna with a view over the water and daylight coming in, and a dark gus sauna where the house's sauna sessions are held. The cold-water area has cold showers, ice buckets and an outdoor tub, and there are modern changing rooms and a lounge to land in before and after. The house is open 07:00-22:00.

Sauna gus at Sauna House takes place in the big gus sauna seating 23 guests, with a rest zone and cold-water area next door. The core programme is three hour-long formats: Relax with lower heat and long, calm rounds, Hot where the temperature is turned up, and Energy in between. Alongside them run regular specials such as the herbal gus, Ice Experience Gus and Run + Recover, where a group run finishes in the sauna. Friday evenings bring a music-themed gus – techno, rock or 80s hits. Clip cards start at three sessions.
