HotSpot Sauna

HotSpot is an outdoor sauna oasis on Langdyssen in Aarhus N with a sauna, a four-degree cold plunge and a community built around heat, cold and movement. Besides saunagus the venue runs yoga, pilates, a running club and cycling, each session ending in the sauna. There is free parking and snacks on site.

Sauna gus at HotSpot takes place in the outdoor oasis on Langdyssen in Aarhus N, where the sauna stands next to a four-degree cold plunge. The setup is the same for every session – the music and the rhythm set the mood: SLOW with calm, subdued music and presence, FLOW where a slow pace meets energy, and HIGH with pulse and power. A session lasts 75 minutes, and at new and full moon we hold special FLOW editions. We also run drop-in gus, where you choose when to arrive within the time slot, and movement classes – running club, pilates, yoga and cycling – that always end with a gus.
