Power gus

Power gus is the hard end of the scale. The heat sits higher, the rounds come closer together, and the gus master works the towel faster, so the steam hits in waves rather than as a gentle scent. It is a session you leave with shaking legs - and that is the point. Plugin Heat Club calls its versions Deep and PEAK, Just Sauna runs POWER, iluma has Hot & Intense, and Sauna85 puts Extra Hot on the bill. If you are new to sauna gus it is wiser to start with a calm session and take the power version once you know your own limit.
