Gus – new moon

New moon gus is the quiet counterpart to the full moon session. Where the full moon marks something ending, the new moon is tied to beginnings, and the session is correspondingly inward: dimmed light, slow rounds and room to set a direction rather than sweat your way through. There are only a handful of them, because they follow the lunar phase rather than the weekly schedule. HotSpot Sauna in Aarhus runs NEW MOON as a version of its FLOW, and Sauna House Nordhavn holds new moon sessions about new beginnings in the cradle of darkness. Book early - they come only once a month.
