Sauna session in Vejen

Vejen has one sauna venue, and sessions run in the saunas of both the swimming hall and the spa area.

Vejen Idrætscenter houses SportsCenter Danmark, where the sessions take place in the saunas of the swimming hall and the spa area. They are themed and range from relaxing aromas to energising oils, and they come in two lengths - half an hour or a full hour with time for more rounds. Now and then the centre puts a longer event on the programme, such as HIGH ENERGi. There is a broad team of sauna hosts who take turns, so no two sessions are quite alike. You need access to the pool and spa on top of the session ticket - and remember a towel to sit on.
