Sauna session in Vejle

Vejle has one sauna venue, and it is the town's large swimming and wellness centre.

DGI Huset Vejle holds its sessions in the shared sauna of the swimming hall, with twelve places per group. The sauna host guides the group through essential oils and scents, and the centre has a regular team of hosts who take turns, so scent, music and temperature vary from time to time. A short session lasts about twenty minutes, and the longer formats give three rounds across roughly an hour and a half with breaks, where you are treated to snacks, fresh fruit, iced water and coffee or tea. The sessions are for everyone over 18, though not for pregnant guests or people with fragrance allergies. Remember an extra dry towel to sit on - you cannot take part without one - and book in advance, as the groups are small and fill up quickly.
