Winter Island

A gus lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of 12-15 minutes, and in the breaks you cool down with cold water and fresh air. You choose the mood: CALM with mild scents, slow towel work and guided moments, FLOW where pace, heat and scents shift along the way, and BOOST with deep scents, bold towel work and powerful music. Now and then comes HEAT & BEATS, an uplifting version with high energy and extra time in the lounge afterwards. Bring a large towel, swimwear, sandals and a water bottle.
