Zensauna

Zensauna is a small private sauna venue on Ringstedvej in Mørkøv, run by Lasse and Melanie. The sessions are held in homely surroundings, where the sauna and changing room open onto the terrace behind the house, and only a handful of places are offered at a time. Besides the classic sauna gus the venue also offers naturist gus, held without clothes. You park out on Ringstedvej in front of the house or in front of the kindergarten.

Zen sauna gus is the house signature, and the name is meant literally: in the sauna there is no talking and no rattling of water bottles, leaving room for calm, thoughts and feelings. The gus consists of four rounds with relaxing music in the background. We ground with a wood and earth round, continue with spices and herbs, travel through a diversity of scents in the third round and finish with a fourth that can bring a bit of everything - most often extra heat and a sauna kiss at the end. Clothing is optional for the ordinary gus, while naturist gus is held without clothes. You can only book one place at a time, so if there are several of you, a booking is made per person.
