Sauna session – men only

Men-only gus is still the smallest of the gender-separated formats, but it exists across the country. The content is the same as the venue's other sessions - rounds in the heat, essential oils, cooling in between - the difference is simply that the group is closed. Charlottehaven Health Club in Copenhagen runs regular men's sessions, Guseksperterne in Hvidovre calls theirs mandegus, and Bear Heat in Kastrup runs Bear mande gus. The format exists in the municipal pools too: Roskilde Badet holds men's evenings with a salt scrub, and Strib Svømmehal has men's sessions. No experience is needed to book.
