Sauna session in Fredericia

Fredericia has two sauna venues, and they are very different: a sports centre's swimming pool and a sauna on the Little Belt coast.

Fredericia Idrætscenter holds its sessions in the swimming baths as a mid-week breather, with guided sessions and fragrant essential oils, plus extended wellness packages with a scrub and fresh fruit.

SaltogSauna sits by Fredericia Marina and pairs sauna heat with cold sea dips in the Little Belt; the sauna is a phone-free room with space for both silence and good conversation. SaltogSauna also runs walks combined with sessions at Trelde Næs and the Hindsgavl peninsula. Both venues welcome members and guests.
