Sauna session in Gilleleje

Gilleleje has one sauna venue, and it has neither public access nor fixed opening hours - only pre-booked groups.

Nordens Saunagus is a small sauna club where hosts Thomas and Bettinna guide groups of up to eight guests through four rounds with essential oils, music and presence in a calm and safe setting. Between the rounds you can take a refreshing cold dip, but it is always optional and you set your own pace. Two fixed formats run: the Tuesday session at a calm pace and the Thursday session, where the heat is turned up a little for those who know the rhythm. A couple of times a year the club holds a marathon of twelve rounds - not recommended if you are entirely new to heat and cold.
