Just Sauna Frederikssund

A wellness studio in the heart of Frederikssund with a sauna for 40-45 people, cold plunges and a yoga studio, close to the station and the sea. It offers both Power and relax saunagus as well as full moon saunagus in 75-minute sessions including breaks.

Sauna gus at Just Sauna in Frederikssund takes place in the wellness studio on Jernbanegade close to the station, where the sauna is big enough for 35 guests and the cold plunge and showers sit right outside. A session lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of gus and cold plunges in between, and an electrolyte drink is included. The programme runs in three fixed formats: RELAX with soft scents and calm music, POWER with more heat, and HERBAL with herbs, whisks and smudging. Once a month we hold GÆSTEGUS, where invited gus masters put their own stamp on the rounds. Arrive fifteen minutes early and bring a large towel to sit on.
