KYND Marriott

In partnership with the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, KYND has installed a sauna on the hotel's terrace overlooking the harbour. The sauna holds 12-14 people and sits next to an approved bathing zone, so you can take a dip in the sea between rounds.

Sauna gus at KYND at the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel takes place in the sauna on the hotel terrace facing the harbour, seating 12-14 guests, with an approved bathing zone right beside it so the cold dip is taken in the harbour. The regular gus lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of 10-15 minutes of essential oils, heat, music and silence. At weekends we hold Saunagus & brunch, where a gentler 40-minute gus is followed by brunch in the hotel restaurant. Bring swimwear and a towel for the trip between sauna and water.
