Sauna gus at KYND in Ørestad takes place in the small sauna in Fælledby, seating 12 guests, where the cold comes from the outdoor showers – there is no cold plunge here yet. A gus lasts 75 minutes and consists of three rounds of 10-15 minutes, where essential oils and heat are woven together with music, guidance and silence. Each gus master has their own signature, from intense heat with few words to sessions carried by music and storytelling. With only twelve places it stays a calm and intimate experience away from the city. There are changing rooms with lockers and a lounge area to land in afterwards.
