SaunaSport in Kastrup is a wellness venue where heat, cold and movement meet. They offer guided saunagus sessions focused on presence, scents and community – from calm and sensory to more intense and energetic – and you can use the studio's gym for an hour before your session.

Sauna gus at SaunaSport in Kastrup takes place in the large sauna seating 40 guests, where heat, cold and movement belong together. A gus lasts 75 minutes, and most sessions are called Saunagus + Open Gym, because your ticket also gives you the gym for the hour before, so you can warm up with a workout first. The gus masters take turns and range from the calm and sensory to the intense and energetic. Now and then we run longer formats with partners – a social run and gus, lymph flow and gus, or a gus marathon of six to eight rounds. Snacks are served in the breaks.
