Sauna Yard

Sauna Yard is located in Jernbanebyen on Otto Busses Vej and offers guided saunagus, open sauna every day, cold plunges and showers in a relaxed atmosphere. A saunagus lasts about 75 minutes, with roughly 15 minutes in the sauna at a time and cooling breaks in between.

Sauna gus at Sauna Yard takes place in Jernbanebyen on Otto Busses Vej, where the sauna seats 25 guests and the cold plunge and showers are right outside. A gus lasts 60 minutes with three rounds of 10-15 minutes and cold plunges in between. The programme alternates between two versions: Calm Gus, a gentle reset for body and mind, and Flow Gus with more uplifting energy and music with vocals. Alongside the gus sessions we have open sauna every day if you would rather sit in the heat at your own pace. Arrive fifteen minutes early and bring a water bottle, two towels and swimwear – sitting on a towel in the sauna is required.
