Saunagus Odense

A venue in Odense with a sauna, pool and relaxation area, founded by Marcus out of sauna traditions from Denmark and Europe. A session lasts about 70 minutes with 3-4 rounds, cooling off in an ice bath or cold shower between rounds – from meditative gus to High Energy Power gus.

Sauna gus at SaunagusOdense takes place in the sauna on Gartnervænget, seating 15 guests, and between rounds you cool off in the ice-cold tub or under the outdoor shower. A gus lasts about an hour with three rounds of 12-15 minutes. The programme is built around fixed formats: Flow, where calm and energy alternate, Signatur, where the gus master sets the theme and music, Meditativ with mild heat and immersion, Viking with drums and scents of forest, birch and spruce, and High Energy, where the Soundboks comes into the sauna. We also hold a women's gus. There are changing rooms, fresh drinking water and free parking.
